Brief introduction:
Thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV), which consists of a polyolefin phase (PP) with a dynamically cured EPDM phase, is closely dispersed in the PP matrix which gives rubber-like properties and has the advantage of thermoplastic processing techniques.
The final blend morphology always consists of cross-linked, micron sized elastomer particles dispersed in a polymer matrix.Because of the strong mechanical shearing and the chemical cross-linking by crosslinking agent, the rubber phase is cut into a large number of micron-scale cross-linked rubber particles dispersed in the thermoplastic resin matrix in the continuous phase thermoplastic resin matrix.

Noted:
▲ Use PP or PE to clean the material before processing, and the raw material is dried at 90 ℃ -100 ℃ for 1.5 to 2 hours;
▲ Dye with PP or PE grade masterbatch, add at a rate of 2-3%;
▲ The processing temperature is between 165 ℃ and 200 ℃, and the highest temperature should not exceed 200 ℃;
▲ The length-diameter ratio of the equipment during extrusion processing should not be less than 25;
▲ Processing parameters such as temperature, pressure, and injection speed must be carefully adjusted during vertical injection.
