Application

High crystallinity grade is a linear material with narrow molecular weight distribution, low oligomer content and stable properties, During injection molding,it can effectively reduce the processing time, and rapid molding, With the same product load, it can saving operating costs 30%.In the automotive industry, high crystallinity grade has fewer trimming and high surface finish. This product is mainly used in lightweight automobile industry, low voltage electronics, insulation electronics and other fields.

Performance Feature

1. High hear resistance. Its thermal deformation temperature exceeds 260°C, the long term service temperature is 220'C-240°C.and the short term service temperature can reach 260°C

2. Strong chemical resistance. At present, no solvent has been found that can dissolve PPS below 200°C,and it is very resistant to inorganic acids, bases and salts.

3. Excellent electrical performance. Even in the environment of high temperature, high humidity, and high frequency, it still has high volume resistivity, surface resistivity and electrical strength, low dielectric constant and dielectric loss Angle tangent, which made it an excellent material for insulating.

4. Perfect mechanical performance. Strong rigidity, high surface hardness, excellent creep resistance and fatigue resistance.

5. Fine dimensional stability. it has small coefficient of thermal expansion, low creep, low water absorption and small molding shrinkage. It still shows good dimensional stability even under high temperature and high humidity conditions.

6. Well processing performance. Good melt fluidity, fast crystallization speed, short molding cycle and easy molding.

7. Outstanding wear-ability . The wear-ability can be greatly improved by filling fluorine resin and carbon fiber.

8. Great flammability.PPS has flammability itself, the combustion properties can be up to FV-0 level.
