Inquiries are welcome for Supercritical Foaming Grade TPEE, Bio-based TPEE, High Breathability TPEE, and Recycled Extrusion Grade TPEE!
I. Supercritical Foaming Grade TPEE
SKYPEL Foaming Grade TPEE features: bio-based (40% biomass content), recyclable, low volatile exudation, low carbon footprint, uniform foaming, ultra-low density of 0.11 g/ml, high cost-effectiveness, and strong adhesion to various substrates.
The foamed products exhibit excellent vertical ball drop resilience, achieving a high rebound rate of over 73%.
Ideal for insoles, midsoles of running and athletic shoes, and other supercritical foaming applications requiring high resilience.
II. Bio-based SKYPEL ECO Series
Performance is comparable to standard petroleum-based TPEE, with superior advantages in specific areas.
Biomass is derived from industrial corn, reducing the carbon footprint by over 24% compared to petroleum-based products.
Available in ultra-soft grades with no additive exudation and excellent mechanical properties.
Features outstanding elasticity and elastic recovery, along with excellent low-temperature flexural performance.
III. High Breathability Film SKYPEL TX Series TPEE films possess superior breathability. The ester and ether linkages in the TPEE molecular chains create intermolecular spaces that allow air molecules to pass through freely, resulting in outstanding breathability and a higher transmission rate compared to other materials.
Bio-based (reduces pollution; renewable raw materials).
Softer hand feel and better elasticity.
Comprehensive specifications ranging from low, medium, to high breathability.
Ultra-low hardness film grade (70A+).
Ultra-thin (15-20 μm).
Cold-resistant; suitable for severe outdoor winter conditions.
Excellent heat resistance and thermal stability.
Superior chemical resistance (compatible with various corrosive liquids; suitable for medical sheaths, etc.).
IV. Recycled Extrusion Grade SKYPEL FX-R Series
Contains over 30% chemically recycled PET.
Hardness and overall performance benchmark against standard TPEE.
Low melt flow index, making it particularly suitable for extruded sheets or films. Meets food contact requirements and can be used in films, fibers, and engineering applications.
