Pure Resin Transparent PPSU (Amber)
Pure resin transparent PPSU is the unmodified polyphenylsulfone base resin without any fillers or reinforcing agents, exhibiting the characteristic amber transparent appearance. This grade retains the inherent high heat resistance, excellent hydrolysis resistance, and outstanding impact strength of PPSU, making it the most widely used and highest-volume grade in the PPSU product family. Pure resin PPSU can be processed via conventional thermoplastic methods such as injection molding and extrusion, suitable for applications requiring high material purity and transparency.

• Excellent hydrolysis resistance, withstands repeated steam sterilization (134°C)

• Inherent flame retardancy achieving UL94 V-0 rating without flame retardant additives
• Good chemical resistance, stable against various acids, alkalis, and organic solvents
• Amber semi-transparency, allowing observation of internal fluids or substances
