PA12
PA12 (Polyamide 12) is a semi-crystalline engineering thermoplastic produced by polymerization of laurolactam or 12-aminododecanoic acid. It is one of the lightest polyamides with the lowest water absorption. PA12 is known for excellent dimensional stability, chemical resistance, and impact performance, particularly at low temperatures, widely used in pneumatic tubing, cable sheathing, and automotive piping systems.
