PEEK-GF Granules
Product Introduction：
PEEK glass fiber reinforced granules are modified with 10%~40% short-cut E-glass fibers in a PEEK matrix. The addition of glass fiber dramatically increases stiffness, strength, and dimensional stability, while elevating the heat deflection temperature to over 315°C, while retaining PEEK's inherent chemical and thermal resistance. Pellets appear dark amber to dark gray with slightly reduced surface gloss. A core material for metal replacement applications requiring high rigidity and dimensional precision.

Performance Features：
1）Tensile strength up to 230 MPa — over 150% increase vs. pure resin
2）HDT (1.8MPa) exceeds 315°C; suitable for high-temp load-bearing environments
3）Low anisotropic warpage; excellent dimensional stability (CLTE reduced ~50%)
4）Lower cost than CF-reinforced grades; excellent cost-performance ratio
5）Retains good chemical resistance and hydrolysis resistance
6）Density increases to 1.45~1.60 g/cm³ with higher GF content
