PEEK-CF Granules

PEEK carbon fiber reinforced granules are high-performance modified products with 10%~40% short-cut PAN-based carbon fibers in a PEEK matrix. The addition of carbon fiber achieves a leapfrog improvement in strength, modulus, and wear resistance while retaining PEEK's thermal and chemical resistance.

The addition of carbon fiber achieves a leapfrog improvement in strength, modulus, and wear resistance while retaining PEEK's thermal and chemical resistance. Pellets are deep black with a characteristic matte finish. Compared to GF-reinforced grades, CF-reinforced PEEK offers higher specific strength, lower density, superior wear resistance, and electrical/thermal conductivity, making it the material of choice for high-end structural parts and lightweight applications.
