Wear-Resistant & Lubrication Modified LCP
Wear-resistant & lubrication modified LCP is a tribologically modified material prepared by adding PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), graphite, MoS₂ (molybdenum disulfide), or silicone-based lubricants into the LCP matrix. While retaining the inherent heat resistance and dimensional stability of LCP, this category significantly reduces the friction coefficient and wear rate, suitable for precision mechanical components requiring long-term sliding, rotating, or reciprocating motion.

Performance Characteristics:
- Low friction coefficient: Friction coefficient as low as 0.12~0.20 with PTFE addition
- Low wear rate: Wear reduced by 50%~80% compared to pure resin
- Excellent PV value: Can operate long-term under high pressure-velocity product conditions
- Retained heat resistance: HDT maintained above 250°C
- Good self-lubrication: No external lubricant required, reducing maintenance costs
- Low-noise operation: Sliding pair noise significantly lower than metal/metal mating
