PEEK-WR Granules
PEEK wear-resistant modified granules are specialty modified products developed by adding solid lubricants or wear-resistant fillers such as PTFE, graphite, carbon fiber, and MoS₂. These grades dramatically reduce the friction coefficient of PEEK (as low as 0.15~0.25) and significantly improve wear resistance (wear rate reduced by 1~2 orders of magnitude), while retaining PEEK's inherent high-temperature and chemical resistance. Pellet color varies depending on filler. The ideal material choice for moving frictional components.
