High impact modified PMMA is produced by blending or graft copolymerizing elastomers (such as butadiene-based rubber, acrylic elastomers, or TPU) into the MMA matrix. Its core objective is to substantially improve impact resistance while maintaining PMMA's excellent transparency. Impact strength can be 3~10 times higher than unmodified PMMA, making it suitable for transparent structural components with safety requirements.
General-purpose transparent unmodified PMMA is a basic-grade polymethyl methacrylate produced from methyl methacrylate (MMA) via bulk or suspension polymerization without fillers or modifiers.
Low Dielectric High-Frequency LCP
Low dielectric high-frequency LCP is a specialty LCP material developed specifically for 5G/6G communications, millimeter-wave radar, and high-frequency electronics. Through molecular structure design, filler optimization, and process refinement, this category achieves extremely low dielectric constant (Dk) and dissipation factor (Df), maintaining excellent signal integrity and low insertion loss in the 10GHz~110GHz high-frequency range. Low dielectric LCP is the ideal substrate for flexible high-frequency circuit boards and antenna modules.
Wear-Resistant & Lubrication Modified LCP
Wear-resistant & lubrication modified LCP is a tribologically modified material prepared by adding PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), graphite, MoS₂ (molybdenum disulfide), or silicone-based lubricants into the LCP matrix. While retaining the inherent heat resistance and dimensional stability of LCP, this category significantly reduces the friction coefficient and wear rate, suitable for precision mechanical components requiring long-term sliding, rotating, or reciprocating motion.
Carbon fiber reinforced LCP is a high-performance composite material using LCP resin as the matrix and carbon fiber (CF) as the reinforcing phase. Carbon fibers impart LCP with extremely high rigidity, excellent electrical/thermal conductivity, and very low coefficient of linear thermal expansion, enabling the material to serve dual functions of structural load-bearing and electromagnetic shielding.
Glass fiber reinforced LCP is a modified product based on LCP pure resin matrix, compounded with different proportions (typically 15%~45%) of chopped or long glass fibers.
