PSU-UV

UV-resistant PSU grades are specially formulated by incorporating advanced UV absorbers and light stabilizers, or through copolymerization modification. These treatments significantly enhance the material's resistance to UV radiation and weathering, making it highly suitable for long-term outdoor and semi-outdoor exposure applications.

PSU-FR

The base PSU resin possesses intrinsic flame retardancy (LOI ~30%, UL94 V-0). Building upon this foundation, flame-retardant grades of PSU are formulated with optimized designs to further enhance their flame retardancy rating, smoke density, and comparative tracking index (CTI). These specialized grades are engineered to comply with stringent standards in rail transit, electrical safety, and construction materials.

PSU-GF

Glass-fiber reinforced PSU is a modified compound manufactured by incorporating short glass fibers into the base PSU resin. It is typically available in three standard grades containing 10%, 20%, and 30% glass fiber, respectively.

PSU

Polysulfone (PSU) is an amorphous, high-performance specialty thermoplastic. Its molecular backbone consists of sulfone (-SO2-), ether (-O-), and phenylene groups. The resin exhibits a characteristic amber transparent appearance.

PEEK Ultrafine Powder

PEEK Ultrafine Powder is a high-end grade produced through jet-milling, classification and surface treatment, reducing PEEK to a particle size range of 0.5 – 10 μm. With a high specific surface area, narrow PSD and very low metal impurity content, it is engineered for high-value applications including premium functional coatings, SLS 3D printing and specialty functional fillers.

PEEK Fine Powder

PEEK Fine Powder is produced by cryogenic mechanical grinding and air classification of virgin PEEK, yielding a fine powder in the 10 – 100 μm range. With a moderate specific surface area and good flowability, it is engineered for use as a resin matrix in high-performance composites, anti-corrosion coatings and prepreg processes.

PEEK Coarse Powder

PEEK Coarse Powder, also referred to as virgin or base powder, is produced by polymerizing PEEK resin, extruding it into pellets, and subsequently grinding and classifying to a particle size range of 200 – 1000 μm. It is the highest-volume and most widely used grade in the PEEK powder family, suitable for direct injection, compression and extrusion molding, and is also the feedstock for further grinding into fine and ultrafine grades.

PEEK High-Flow Granules

PEEK high-flow granules are modified grades developed through molecular structure optimization or addition of specialty flow promoters. The melt flow rate (MFR) is increased by 2~5 times vs. standard pure resin, enabling perfect filling at lower injection temperatures and pressures.
